Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
Goods under £25 = £2.50
Goods between £26 - £50 = £4.50
Goods between £51 - £150 = £6.50
Goods over £151 = free shipping.
Overseas surcharge for small items (e.g. jewellery, or belt) weighing 500grams or less = £5.00
Overseas surcharge for bulky or heavy items (500+ grams) = please contact us for a quote
When items come gift wrapped as standard this will be specified in the description of the product. The majority of our products are high value and so are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to mainland UK. Method of Shipping will be listed under the product description. Any goods delivered via Royal Mail's Special Delivery (next day) will require a signature on receipt. Low value goods such as gift wrap and cards are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger, heavier items such as furniture may be delivered by our carbon neutral courier.

We are happy to arrange delivery outside of the UK - however this will incur a surcharge to shipping costs. For overseas deliveries of small items (e.g. weighing less than 500 grams) we use Royal Mail Airsure (2-4 days for U.S., Asia and Rest of the World) and charge an additional £5.00. Charges may vary with bulkier or heavier items. We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment for overseas postage before we dispatch your goods. If you would like us to provide exact shipping fees for products in advance please contact us.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your goods, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us on +44 (0) 207 193 2885 or email us at sales'at'puredesigncompany.co.uk as soon as you receive them. We are happy to exchange products or provide a credit note, subject to the goods being returned to us unused and in their original condition, within 7 days of you receiving them.
Please note we do not issue refunds unless goods are faulty.
We will not be responsible for the cost of your postage, other than for faulty items. We recommend that you return all items by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Exchanged goods will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and a quality control check has been undertaken.
For hygiene purposes there is no return on earrings.
Please note that there is no exchange or return on commissioned items.
